1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Vanilla Code services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
Vanilla Code provides digital products including:
- JustShip: AI SaaS boilerplates and starter kits
- PhotoPal: AI-powered image generation services
All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are sold.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as specified at purchase. All prices are in USD.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal until you cancel.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
5. Refund Policy
For digital products:
- Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not substantially used the service. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable.
- One-time purchases: Refunds are available within 14 days if the product has not been downloaded or used.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services. This includes but is not limited to: reverse engineering, sharing account credentials, or using services for illegal purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
We grant you a license to use purchased products according to the specific license terms provided with each product. This license is non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
